Commissioner Pisarski called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.

Present: Commissioners Pisarski, Hinz, and Ciesielski
Absent: None
Also Present: Lynn Tamblyn, WRCSD; Duane Erickson, Operations Superintendent; and Debbie Crawford, Administrator

Ciesielski motioned to approve the minutes from the December 10, 2008 meeting as printed, seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion Carried.

Hinz motioned to approve the minutes from the January 14, 2009 meeting as printed, seconded by Ciesielski. All in favor. Motion carried.

Tamblyn was not in attendance so Pisarski moved to agenda item New Business.

Ciesielski motioned to send Erickson to the Rural Water 21st Annual Technical Conference on March 24-27 in the amount of $155 plus $79/night motel expense, seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion carried.

Erickson reported under O&M that he has obtained another quote for carpet cleaning from Stanley Steamer. To clean the carpet in the sanitary district would cost $100 twice per year and $25 once per year for protectant spray. The meeting rooms and hallways would cost $250 twice per year and $50 once per year for protectant spray which would be a shared cost with the town. Ciesielski motioned to accept the bid from Stanley Steamer to clean the carpets twice per year and apply the protectant once per year the first time being one week after the April election and the second time being one week after the town Christmas party, seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion carried.

Tamblyn was now in attendance however he did not have anything to report for WRCSD.

Hinz motioned to adjourn at 4:42 p.m., seconded by Ciesielski. All in favor. Motion carried.
