PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

DECEMBER 7, 2009 at 6:00 PM
UNAPPROVED/UNOFFICIAL MINUTES1. Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Chairman Langmesser. Present: Langmesser, Schmidt, Ranke, Draskovich, Gerard, Derse, Szeklinski, Attorney Dubis and Residents.
2. Chairman Langmesser led the Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Derse motioned to approve the November 2, 2009 meeting minutes as written, seconded by Szeklinski. Motion carried.
4. Correspondence- None
5. CSM- Hrouda, West of 6009 S. Loomis Rd.- Attorney Dubis noted that the Town of Waterford was issued a court order to approve the CSMs. The planning commission had approved the CSMs back on June 4, 2007. Clerk questioned June 4, 2007 where it states "payment of impact fees". Dubis stated that there would be two (2) fees once building permits are issued. Dubis further reported that the Clerk is to place the two (2) stamps on the CSMs that are placed on all CSMs. Commissioner Szeklinski motioned to approve the CSMs, seconded by Commissioner Gerard. All in favor. Motion carried.

Derse motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:04 PM, seconded by Szeklinski. Motion carried.
