All Commissioners agreed that the building is in need of being painted. Pisarski read the two proposals submitted December 04, 2008 by Brad Arneson of ARC Construction for materials and labor necessary for repair and priming of drywall in the sanitary offices as needed and painting the municipal building. Erickson knows some painters that he spoke with that would do the work for cash, without the district submitting a 1099.
