TOWN OF WATERFORD SANITARY DISTRICT NO. 1
APPROVED MINUTES
November 08, 2006
Commissioner Pisarski called the meeting to order at 4:34 p.m.
Present: Commissioners Pisarski, Hinz and Ciesielski
Absent: None
Also Present: Lynn Tamblyn, WRCSD; Duane Erickson, Operations Superintendent; and Debbie Crawford, AdministratorCiesielski motioned to approve the minutes from the October 11, 2006 meeting as printed, seconded by Hinz. Ciesielski and Hinz in favor, Pisarski abstained due to absence. Motion carried.
Tamblyn did not have anything to report for WRCSD.
Pisarski thanked Ciesielski for chairing last months meeting in his absence.
Pisarski stated that Crawford followed up with the Waterford Post regarding the publication of the newspaper article explaining the user fee increase.
Erickson explained that the lateral permit fee in the amount of $25 has never been increased and due to the time it takes both himself and Crawford to complete the necessary paperwork and do the inspection he would recommend the fee be raised to $75. Ciesielski motioned to increase the lateral permit fee to $75, seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion carried.
Erickson did not have anything to report for O&M.
Correspondence consisted of:
· None - WRCSD did not submit an agenda or minutes this month.
Accounts payable were approved on a Ciesielski/Hinz motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
Ciesielski motioned to adjourn to closed session pursuant to S.S. 19.85(1)(c) at 4:40 p.m., seconded by Hinz. Roll call of Commissioners: Ciesielski aye, Hinz aye, and Pisarski aye. All in favor. Motion carried.
Ciesielski motioned to return to open session at 4:55 p.m., seconded by Hinz. Roll call of Commissioners: Ciesielski aye, Hinz aye, and Pisarski aye. All in favor. Motion carried.
Ciesielski motioned to adjourn at 4:55 p.m., seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion carried.
