UNOFFICIAL/UNAPPROVED MINUTES
January 11, 2006
Commissioner Ciesielski called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present: Commissioners Ciesielski, Hinz, and Pisarski
Absent: None
Also Present: Lynn Tamblyn, WRCSD; Duane Erickson, Operations Superintendent; and Debbie Crawford, AdministratorPisarski motioned to approve the minutes from the December 14, 2005 meeting as printed, seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion carried.
Tamblyn did not have anything to report on WRCSD.
Crawford read a letter from Attorney Christopher Geary to Tim McCauley, SEWRPC, regarding the Waterford Park Sewer Service Area Correction. Since this was for informational purposes only no action was necessary.
Hinz motioned to approve Resolution Number 0601, Resolution as to sewer Service Charges for Category A Users, and Resolution 0602, Resolution as to Sewer Service Charges for Category B Users, seconded by Pisarski. All in favor. Motion carried. Resolutions signed by all Commissioners.
Erickson would like Norm Nelson to attend the 1st Annual Midwest Water Industry Expo being held February 1st and 2nd. Adaptor Inc. is providing a free ticket to the Expo, however Norm would need to stay overnight in a motel. Pisarski motioned to send Norm to the Expo and provide the overnight accommodation, seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion carried.
Erickson reported that a legal notice to obtain bids for repairing the roof on the District garage was placed in the Waterford Post. The bids will be presented at next months meeting.

Account payables were approved on a Pisarski/Hinz motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
Pisarski motioned to adjourn at 4:40 p.m., seconded by Hinz. All in favor. Motion carried.
