Commissioner Pisarski called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Present: Commissioners Pisarski, and Hinz
Absent: Commissioner Ciesielski
Also Present: Lynn Tamblyn, WRCSD; Duane Erickson, Operations Superintendent;
and Debbie Crawford, Administrator
Hinz motioned to approve the minutes from the July 12, 2006 meeting as printed, seconded by Pisarski. All in favor. Motion carried.
Tamblyn did not have anything to report for WRCSD.
Erickson would like to attend the WWOA Conference October 3-6th in Wisconsin Dells. The cost of the seminar is $85.00 plus room accommodations. Hinz motioned to approve sending Erickson to the conference, seconded by Pisarski. All in favor. Motion carried.
Hinz motioned to set the preliminary budget meeting for September 13, 2006 at 4:30 p.m., and the budget hearing for October 11, 2006 at 4:30 p.m., seconded by Pisarski. All in favor. Motion carried.
Erickson reported that during cable installation on Halverson Road a force main sewer had been bored through. The problem has been fixed.
Correspondence consisted of:
· Ruekert-Mielke-District Boundaries
o Two maps were provided; one showing the TWSD, WRCSD, and SEWRPC boundaries
and one with the TWSD sewer service area. A Boundary Description of the TWSD
District Boundary dated July 31, 2006 was included with the maps. Discussion
ensued referencing the maps and several discrepancies. Tamblyn reiterated
his recent conversations with SEWRPC regarding the discrepancies between the
WRCSD and SEWRPC boundaries which should be agreed upon between these two
entities first before the TWSD make any appropriate adjustments.
· WRCSD Agenda & Minutes
Accounts payable were approved on a Hinz/Pisarski motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
Hinz motioned to adjourn at 5:03 p.m., seconded by Pisarski. All in favor. Motion carried.
